Message from Father Simon

Hello again, everyone, and for the last time before the Summer Holidays begin! By the time I see most of you again over 6 months will have passed. Will I recognise any of you?!  Over the summer we are hoping that our church buildings will be open again for the celebration of Masses and other Services so perhaps I'll see some of you then. And also over the summer, if we get some really good sunny weather, I'm hoping we can celebrate Mass outside in the car park area at St. Peter's. With fresh air flowing and distancing measures, it's possible a few more will have the chance to return - maybe some of you which would be lovely! For now, there are only 22 seats inside the church - usually there are over 200 ...

If any of you want to get in touch to tell me how you are and how you're getting on you'll always, always be welcome. It will be lovely to hear from you.

Meanwhile I've just sorted out my summer holiday!  Yay! I've packed a suitcase ready to move into my spare bedroom for a couple of weeks ...
